Welcome! You are so incredibly strong! I know it may not feel that way right now! I believe you will get there. I am so excited to be part of your journey as you grow and heal. Here is a little bit about me! Professionally, I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin with over 8 years of experience. In my personal life I am a wife, mom, OMA (yes, that is capitalized), daughter, and friend. I love the outdoors, especially the beach ( I call it beach therapy:) When I am not at working with my clients you will most likely find me finding a new adventure with my family and dogs. I am passionate about working collaboratively with my clients to help them develop skills to become more successful in their life goals. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and a Strengths-Based approach I help clients move from where they are to where they need to be. Most importantly, I feel privileged to walk alongside my clients in their most difficult moments to help bring a renewed sense of hope and healing to their situations. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing concerns with trauma, depression, anxiety, anger management, behavioral problems, grief and loss, adoption and foster care issues, and mood disorders.
